Control Functions

1. Fan control: Press Button 1 to cycle through 3 fan speeds with corresponding indicator lights; press again to turn off the fan and lights.
2. Spray control: Press Button 2 to switch spray modes (1 nozzle → 3 nozzles → 5 nozzles); press once more to stop spraying.
3. LED light control: Short press Button 3 to switch among 7 colors (White, Yellow, Red, Light Blue, Purple, Dark Blue, Green); short press again to turn off the light. Long press to activate colorful gradient mode; long press again to power off the light.
4. Timer control: Press Button 4 to set 1h / 2h / 3h timer with indicator lights; press again to cancel the timer function.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

1. RETURN POLICY

We offer a 60-day return window. Customers have 60 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

• Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The items remain unused, undamaged, and unwashed.

  • The product is in its original packaging with the original labels attached.

• Customized Products: Items with personalized lettering or bespoke modifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed product quality defect.

2. SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS

• Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The cost will be determined by the courier service you select.

• nintree Error / Damaged Goods: If the return is due to our error (incorrect item sent) or the goods arrived damaged, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
