RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

At nintree, we stand behind the quality of our smart projectors and audio equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURN POLICY

We offer a 60-day return window. Customers have 60 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

    • The items remain unused, undamaged, and unwashed.

    • The product is in its original packaging with the original labels attached.

  • Customized Products: Items with personalized lettering or bespoke modifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed product quality defect.

2. SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The cost will be determined by the courier service you select.

  • nintree Error / Damaged Goods: If the return is due to our error (incorrect item sent) or the goods arrived damaged, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.

3. REFUND PROCESS

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and verify your return, refunds will be processed within 3 working days.

  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.

  • Note: Minor delays may occur as return requests are typically processed twice a week.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped. Please contact us immediately at Info@nintree.com. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned according to the policy above.

5. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrived damaged during transit, please provide a photo or video of the damage and contact us at Info@nintree.com.

  • Shipping Protection: If you purchased third-party shipping protection at checkout, you can file a claim for delivery delays, lost packages, or damaged items via the link in your confirmation email.

  • Deadline: Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
