Q: What makes nintree projectors different from traditional ones? A: Unlike traditional bulky projectors, nintree focuses on "Smart Integration." Our devices feature built-in intelligent systems, auto-focus, and high-fidelity audio, allowing you to create a cinematic experience anywhere without complex wiring or external players.

Q: Are your smart speakers compatible with other devices? A: Yes. nintree audio systems are designed with universal connectivity. You can easily pair them via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or physical ports with your smartphones, tablets, laptops, and, of course, our own smart projectors.

Q: Can I use the projector in a room with the lights on? A: Our projectors feature high-lumen output designed for clarity. While they perform exceptionally well in dim environments for a true cinema feel, they are powerful enough for casual viewing in moderately lit rooms.


2. Setup & Usage

Q: Is it difficult to set up the projector for the first time? A: Not at all. With our "Plug-and-Play" philosophy, most users are ready in under 5 minutes. Features like automatic keystone correction and auto-focus ensure the image is perfectly square and sharp the moment you turn it on.

Q: Can I use nintree products for outdoor activities like camping? A: Absolutely. Our portable models are designed for versatility. When paired with a portable power station or using their internal battery (on selected models), they are perfect for backyard movie nights or camping trips.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from? A: Orders are processed and shipped from our international fulfillment centers, including our hub in Hong Kong. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.

Q: How long does delivery take? A: Delivery times vary by location. Estimated shipping times and tracking information are available on our Shipping Policy page.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on our website via the Track Your Order page.


4. Payment & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Our system also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay for a faster checkout experience.

Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Absolutely. All payments are accepted through a secure, encrypted Credit Card gateway to ensure your financial information is protected at all times.


5. Returns & Order Management

Q: What if the product arrives damaged or doesn't meet my expectations? A: If there is a quality issue or defect, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange. Please contact our support team at Info@nintree.com with photos of the issue.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: * Changes: If you need to update shipping details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer available.
