This is a pretty powerful little fan. The center circle does become a cool compress, but the has to be on in order to have that feature available. So you have the fan blowing on you as you bring it closer to your face. That was a little bit of a bummer. Other than that, it's pretty cool. My mom stole mine, so I am buying another one.

This thing moves a surprising amount of air for its size. The instant 'AC effect' that it has may well be alien tech. It absolutely works and cools that plate on the front down to serious frost levels and therefore the air blowing around it as well.
